Project Administration

Mediplan prides itself on efficient project administration. This service offering encapsulates all components of the project lifecycle, from bidding management to final inspections.

While this part of a project is the longest, it does not usually comprise the majority of our work. On typical projects, the Mediplan team does not officially supervise construction but we visit the job site multiple times a week to ensure your building is progressing according to plan.

Thanks to technology, we submit construction corrections directly to contractors and ensure the project variances are delivered accurately.
